Made it to the 2nd interview, and while I didn't get the position I enjoyed the process in general as well as the quick response in all phases (mostly waited days and not weeks/months for replies). Had a very informal introductory interview, followed by a test which I had a week to complete. Along with the test was a short IQ test. Both tests were challenging but interesting. The (for me) final interview was also a positive experience, with 3 key people asking questions relating to the test and the role. It felt like the process was solid in order to find the right person for the position.
