Long diligent process. The internal team seems friendly, informed, and intelligent. They seem to feel highly about their firm and vision. The case study was four hours, though has recently been revised.

HR brief takes about 10 minutes A take-home is given, time-framed and is given for 4 hours Upon take-home, if positive, you are contacted in a short period. On paper, you are to see --team interview, hiring manager interview, cultural fit, CEO meeting-- after the test. (so with hr and test, 6 rounds in total) + they are asking for references. For me, that wasn't the case. I was asked to see 4 different publishing people and none of them named themselves as hiring managers. The hiring procedure was varied and in total, if you succeed. At the last point, I was already at the 6th round, counting the HR and the take-home, so I was pretty frustrated regardless. The first 3 after the test are measuring your product-wise abilities but they are all the same and unnecessary I believe. Pros: * Fast procedure, upon the interview, you are given another round right around the corner (1 hour later, it was appointed) Cons: * Unfriendly people, best to imagine would be management consulting interviews * Varying interview process (different than the one they sent you in a pdf file and it might vary even more) * Interviewers behaving improperly during the interview (making noises with their mouths&teeths, sticking finger in their mouths) I wouldn't advise anyone with self-respect to interview for the position.
