Recruiter reached out and booked an introductory phone call, promising a result in few days. Feedback call happened only 3 weeks later, after I reached out. Recruited gave a vague feedback and made general statements that were clearly wrong. I challenged and they admitted that have not read the CV. Very unprofessional and amateur recruiting process.
