The rep spoke very fast through a canned script and was caught off guard when I asked something that was apparently off script for her.

Solid but tough questions. They really wanted to know how you handle objections through examples you have done in the past. Provide them with multiple stories to tell. Many people were in the room interviewing you.

Group interview to start, which was a surprise to learn on arrival. Went around the group and asked each of us to introduce ourselves. Then a 30 minute background on the company and the role. That was essentially it, with the instructions to reach out to the hiring manager if interested in pursuing the role further.
