The first round was coding, power coding, essay and aptitude...and followed by a speech test and listening test. and the second round is coding too and coding explanation.. followed by technical interview and then the hr interview
Through campus plcement first was exam
After exam , technical interview which was too slow , asked about oops concepts it was already late so they wrapped up fast and did not ask more

2. Easy code for finding an element in an array
3. SQL questions.

I had good experience in interview process. And I would recommend you to give interview in Virtusa if you are getting a chance. Interview questions were neither difficult nor easy.
