Tim reached out to me and had a good scope of what I wanted to accomplish in my career, and gave good guidance and advice for how to better market myself and what to expect in the interview. The client did a phone interview and two on site interviews, and though they passed on me, Tim and Chris still kept in touch and were actively helping me until I landed a role.
