I had a very positive experience with Virgins interview process. From the beginning, the team was welcoming, professional, and transparent about what to expect at each stage. They provided clear communication, prompt feedback, and were genuinely interested in learning about my experiences and skills, creating an open and collaborative environment. Each interviewer took the time to answer my questions thoughtfully, allowing me to gain a deeper understanding of the role and company culture. This approach not only made me feel valued as a candidate but also left a strong impression of Virgin as a supportive and employee-focused workplace. I highly recommend their process to any prospective candidates.

Entrevista
The interview process was a drawn out 7 weeks, with lots of deadlines for feedback missed. Multiple interviews, travel and extensive exercises. In the end the last interview was strange, rushed and a little unpleasant. The reason I didn't get the job in the end was something that was on my CV (that I had been a freelancer for 18m) and so I question the need for the process

Entrevista
Interview process was particularly lengthy, and was consistently ghosted by the internal recruiter failing to communicate with me when he had told me he would. Contract changed during the process to temporary from perm which was unsettling. Interview process expectations were changed and I ended up having 3 interviews, one of which was face to face with a presentation that took me 2 hours to prepare for. Despite this, although I thought it was a positive interview with friendly people the offer was not made. Despite asking for feedback, this was not supplied which I think is bad when you have invested months of your time, travelled a few hours to interview and been patient along the way.
