Online Skype interview. The HR could not hide her emotions. Basically you can read from her face all her reactions to the answers, what she likes and what not. As soon as I have mentioned the expectations, it was clear that there was no necessity to continue this conversation. Why would you waste an hour for an interview with someone, if you know that your budget is below the market? Why not to show it in the ad or mention from the beginning?
An online interview with hr and a test task for development, they give a week to complete, there are a lot of tasks but doable. I write more reviews because glassdoor demands it, and the quality of reviews will suffer as a result!
First of HR does an interview. General questions are asked like if I wanna relocate, how much salary I am expecting etc. My resume is being reviewed, and several question are asked. The tools that I am using I told. Before second interview, I will be assigned a tech task. Then technical interview takes place.
