Quick and easy. The manager was nice and mostly wanted to see a willingness to learn. The interview was in person and consisted of basic questions to get to know each other better and the manager went over the day-to-day of a Sales Assocate.

Do you have previous experience with retail? It's okay if not.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
