Entrevista
I had initially applied online and got a call back two days later. I had the interview two days after that. It was a group interview with about 5-6 people and there two managers present. One of them did the talking and the other one took notes. The questions they ask are meant to prevent any bias so it's apparently the same with all other interviews. They essentially asked basic questions that would usually be asked at any other interview. I think the interviewer at the specific location I applied at talked a bit too fast and she ended up compiling like three questions into one. She had first told us to tell them why we chose PINK, if we had any retail experience work experience, what position we wanted and why we wanted that position, all in one answer. I actually never had any real job experience other than a cash job a few years back so I just talked about that. We each had our turn to answer. It was essentially a pretty casual interview. Only myself and another girl ended up dressing up for the interview while the other applicants came in casual jeans and jackets, so I don't believe it's necessary to dress as you would applying to Victoria Secrets. Casual wear is fine. The only reason I had a bad experience was because I was very nervous. I also expected them to ask more questions since there was only 6 of us but I guess they were just trying to speed things up because it was a busy day. According to the hiring manager, they are always hiring there and you don't really have to have work experience either. I think that you'll just really need to nail the job interview as well as have reliable references (which they do ask for and check).

Why do you want to work at PINK? What's your past work experience? What position are you interested in and why? Why would you be good in that position? (or something like that)

I applied for Christmas seasonal Sales associate and I had a phone interview then a group assessment interview. Just be yourself, try to be confident in yourself and stand out. I arrived earlier than they said and they liked that. I wore all black smart business clothes (doesn’t mean a suit). I shaved my hair a few weeks ago but they really liked it so no matter what hair you have, as long as you present yourself well it should be okay as the lady that interviewed us had pink hair. And don’t forget to smile. I applied in early November, got the call three weeks later got the interview two days later and got the job a day after- we thank Jesus.

It was calm and relaxing. Just getting to know you and how your interesest to see if you would align with there values. I was a one on one interview which can go from one on one to like five or six in the first round to one on one if you get asked to come back.
