I had 2 quick in person interviews, it was a while ago so not so sure, overall I everyone liked me so I think that was the biggest thing, likability. being positive and helpful.

What do you like to do best, are you self-motivated/directed.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
