Submitted my resume in January, got a call back in May to come in for a group interview, everyone was nice and welcoming, they only asked us about 5 questions, what was our favourite job and the lease of it, what's the great thing we've achieved. I was very nervous so I thought I did horrible but 45 minutes after the interview I gotcall back saying I got the job.

What's was your favourite job, and why did you like it ?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
