Had a short phone screening with a recruiter scheduled a month after I applied, and then a Zoom meeting with the hiring manager about a week later. The hiring manager was nice, but as someone who is supposed to be a DEI professional, it was disheartening to have to consistently correct her on my name pronunciation multiple times throughout the interview.
