HR Recruiter was receptive and communicative a day after I applied for the initial job. They were very good about responding to inquiry emails and maintaining correspondence, so their HR Department isn't your typical corporate situation where they go AWOL. There was a bit of a disorganization though. I was originally interviewed over a phone screening for Social Designer position. HR didn't feel I was right for the role, but wanted to bring me in to meet with Supervisor a couple of days later for an Associate Social Media Manager position in the works. Met with Supervisor for a brief 10 minutes and he wanted to submit me for a position not in the works yet, but being brainstormed. Took a handful of my resumes, asked me to email him portfolio and copy samples, and said he'd be in touch very soon. A month later, I never heard back from him. HR said they never heard about this position. Seemed like a waste of time.
