Over the phone interview followed by in person interview but then was given the run around by recruiters the interview questions were very basic. It was a panel interview of 3 people.

There was no interview for craft positions. Take the test. Pass the test. Two weeks later an email with all the instructions for the pre-employment screening and most importantly a start date!
