Phone Interview, Skills Testing, One on one interview w/ recruiter then one on one interview with supervisor, offer. One good tip that I got from an interviewer there was to not use the words "we" or "us" because there weren't any other people being interviewed. This was no doubt the LONGEST interview process I had ever been through and then they only gave me enough time to put in notice at my job on Friday to start Monday, although I told them at the beginning of the process that I wanted to give two weeks notice to my previous employer.

Entrevista
The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.

How would you handle an angry or disgruntled customer?
Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
