I applied for a job as an leasing consultant job online. That day I got an email to set up a time for a Skype interview. The Skype interview went really well. We didn't have any video or audio issues. The interviewer was excellent at making me feel comfortable. After the interview he said that I should be receiving a phone call in a few days with a update on the position. Overall if was a great experience.

First interview on the phone was smooth. Interviewer was asking me questions that were personable and we had a great talk. The second interview at the apartment I applied for, the lady didn’t come prepared nor seemed genuinely interested in me at all. She expressed how tired she was from working. The first question of hers was “do you have any questions for me?” Like isn’t that question supposed to be asked at the end. She pulls out a paper with generic interview questions. I just knew she wasn’t going to hire me. Anyways, 4/10 experience.
