The interview process starts off with a Recruiter/Behavioral screen which then leads to an OA upon success. This then leads to Team Day (which hosts many back to back interviews with the team you were chosen for). Assuming all went well again, another Recruiter/Behavioral screen is done (similar to first call). The decision call will come after. This entire process is very fast and the people I talked to were very nice and accommodating.
