Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Veeva Systems

The interview process for this role is nothing short of absurd. You first do a quick information call with a recruiter, and if they like you, they then ask you to spend 35-40 hours working on a project you then present for an hour to a panel. This presentation is also scheduled weeks in advance with little flexibility, making it difficult to plan your schedule around. After that, you have an interview with the hiring manager, then a peer-to-peer interview, and then a final interview with the leadership team. The project really rubbed me the wrong way. It entails teaching yourself the entire software system and integrating a complete solution. Asking someone to complete 35-40 hours of unpaid work for the POTENTIAL to have 3 more rounds of interviews practically ensures the company only hires people with endless amounts of time on their hands and no further commitments. Promoting unpaid labor without training tarnishes the company's reputation, and I can only imagine how they treat their full-time employees.

long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.

It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.

First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
