The interview was very easy. Unfortunately, I can't remember how long it took for them to contact me after I submitted my application. The interview was over the phone and maybe lasted ten minutes. It was a very easy process. They were very friendly. They are always looking for First Aiders and Head Camp Managers, so they probably don't turn down many people, unless there is a huge problem.
