I saw an ad posted by a recruitment office on a job website. I sent an application via e-mail, got a 1st interview by the recruiter on the same day, got an onsite interview about a week later with my future boss and the HR Manager. A second interview with 2 Associate Directors took place a week after the first one. A third one was initially planned but they finally made me a proposal after the second interview, which I accepted.
