This step focuses on getting a broad understanding of your qualifications, experience, and motivations. - Sample Questions: - Tell us about your experience managing training programs. - What motivates you to work in training and development? - How do you stay updated on new training techniques and tools? - Why are you interested in this Training Manager role? 2. Behavioral Interview (In-Person or Virtual Interview) - Purpose: This stage focuses on evaluating your experience and how well you align with the company’s culture and values. It’s often conducted by the hiring manager or senior leadership. - Sample Questions: - Tell us about a time you successfully developed and implemented a training program.
