Your first call part of the interview process is to take a knowledge test which is basic math, English, grammar etc. pretty easy if you graduated high school. If you pass the test you get to have an actual interview for hire. My test was graded within 5 minutes. The actual interview was very intimidating, you sit at the end of a long table with 3-4 people asking you questions.
