I got a call and my interview was scheduled. Round 1 was technical which was around SQL and python. Round 2 was tech plus managerial by client. I qualified both rounds, got mail for sharing docs for offer rollout after discussion with HR on pay, joining date and designation. After wasting 2 weeks of my time and then told me that my notice period is more so they are cancelling rollout. Their HR won't even come back to you, it's you who need to call and ask They never asked me to negotiate or anything, HR didn't even know what notice period they are looking out for. If you are looking out for job, please don't waste your time with them. None of us deserve this behaviour. Don't interview people if you don't have proper requirement with you.
