a short interview with the manager of the team where I would be working and another manager from support level 2. The questions were about my expectations about the role, what I think the daily tasks would be, what my opinions are about teamwork, describing a specific situation. There were some questions relating to specific situations with customers- what would you do if..? I also had to take a short call with a German speaking colleague to test my language skills as German was not my mother tongue and the role required the language skill.
