I was contacted by the recruiter on linkedin. First round phone interview was with the hiring manager which went well. The hiring manager was very knowledgable and is open to listen, basically had a walkthrough of the resume and few technical questions along the way. Second round is a xoom video conference, I was informed, interview will be with 1 person, but I had 2 interviewers, which i didn't mind. The second round of interview was also walkthrough over my resume and few technical questions. There was nothing really difficult.There was no clarity on the questions and answers. Mostly all the questions are open-ended. I did not receive the offer. No clear reason was provided. The team has just decided to move on with other candidate.
