Multiple rounds of interviews including the standard recruiter chat, an interview with the hiring manager, a panel interview with several team members, and a one-on-one with a director. I was told that I would hear back within a couple of days during the last interview, but I never heard another word, despite sending follow-up emails. Not even an automated rejection letter/notification.
