Interview process took place at the offices in Barcelona. There were 3 interviews in total. First interview was with a headhunter (MC Asociados), second with Human Resources Department and third with General Manager and Plant Manager. The process was very smooth and third interview was in English. I was very impressed especially by the General Manager. He seemed to have a well know knowledge of strategy, business and management. I felt very comfortable thorough all the process.
