I only spoke to a junior technical recruiter. First stage. The call was embarrassing as the recruiter was just reading from a page of questions and had no idea on how to carry a conversation. The questions were very basic . The process was painful and the recruiter would just say very good after answering a question.

This interview was literally the most apathetic experience. Not enough time to show experience and was told to just rush or skip. There was no blockchain questions, it was evident the recruiter didn't read my CV at all and was just jumping from interview to interview. Was asked early on about sorting algorithms but I didn't get the question fully so after telling the recruiter to repeat for the third time I gave up and told I don't know. Felt like the interviewer brushed me off after that point so I unconsciously did the same. Very subtle arrogance going on. Then it was next and next until the perfect 30 min mark.
