I was first interviewed on the phone for about 30 minutes. They spoke more about the company than asked me questions. The second and final interview was with the hiring manager, one short term disability benefits specialist and a benefits specialist from another department, maybe leave. All of the questions they asked were standard behavioral ones. I think there may have also been a brief written component. They also ask you to perform a mock phone call with a fourth employee currently in the position. I think as long as you don't lose your head it's fine. They called me the next day and said I "knocked it out of the park" and offered me the position
