Pitched by them, went for an interview. The welcoming wasn't appropriate. The interview started with the leadership team as this is a very senior role. Was a typical discussion type, not CBI. And there were no assessments. The hiring manager was concerned about his ego though his direct manager was greatly interested. The overall environment isn't healthy and the company reputation is known for unhealthy turnover. They are suffering to get good people onboard as the company's culture is questionable. I deliberately showed that I'm not ego friendly, and I assumed they won't return back to me
