You first have a phone interview with someone from Minnesota for about 30 min. They discuss the postion. Then they schedule a face to face interview with about 5 interviewers. They each take a turn asking you questions about why should we hire you? What are your weaknesses and your strengths. Pretty much same questions everyone asks
