After I applied, I soon got an email that I had to take an online assessment. It was an hour long call situation simulation. It was pretty fast paced and stressful but it's a great tool to find out if you are going to be capable for the job, especially if you will be working in the call center. Afterwards, I only waited a few days and I got a request for a phone interview. I passed that successfully and I had an in-person interview set up for the week after. The whole process was 3 to 4 weeks long. If you want to do well, just remain calm when you give answers and be thoughtful about it. Also, dressing up won't hurt!
