Contacted by company recruiter and set up for the first round interview (phone) with 3 other IT Site Support Mgr's from other locations. Overall, interview went well except that one of the managers was not engaging at all (late to phone conference, no questions asked, etc.). Once you make it through the first interview, the second interview is set up which includes a tour of the site along with personnel who you would work alongside with. After the tour is complete there is a sit down with the hiring manager for the position; once that was complete they will reach out with an offer or follow up. Don't expect to actually get a follow/close out during the time frame they tell you, once they reach the candidate they choose it might be close to two weeks to hear that you were not chosen.
