It was a long, multi-round process as they went back and forth over whether to pass on me as a candidate or to move me forward. After the final round of interviews I heard nothing for months until out of the blue they contacted me again. They had more open positions, but I had to interview again with new managers. They asked several of the same standard questions, and it seemed to go well. They did not extend a job offer because I lacked any side projects outside my current job.
