Very friendly process. Interviewers ask on technical knowledge, problem solving skills, interpreting electrical data, how to interpret schematics, circuit design, soft skill, cooperating/ collaboration between inter-department, a little on test program, implementation process and project management. I also share some projects that I have done and accomplished using lean six sigma and kaizen approach to reach my target.
