Interview process was relatively easy. Be a little aware of the type of job you are applying for. I wouldn't recommend coming to the interview in a suit and tie. I came in with a nice flannel, clean blue jeans, and clean boots. You are applying for a job that involves working on or near the track, have some experience working outdoors and with equipment is a huge plus. Military experience is also a huge plus.
