I was contacted by Union Bank from my resume that was posted on Monster.com. I was asked to go in for an interview the same day. I arrived early, my interview was about 10-15 mins long. I remember that I started to ramble a little bit but quickly got back on track. I found it best to keep my answers short and straight to the point.
