I applied Oct. 2021. Two months after sending my resume and cover letter, right before Holiday the recruiter contacted with me for an interview. The interview was taken place online for 15 minutes with easy questions and conversation. Even though the interviewer expressed her interest hiring me, after waiting for another month I was told that I was not hired. On April 2022, the recruiter contacted me again that there is a suitable position for me to apply. After I response for my availability for an interview, the recruiter stopped contacted with me without any explanation. During their hiring process, the recruiter urged me for "immediate" response or wanted to set an interview next day or within a couple of days instead of giving ordinary time to become available. although they do not respond for months. The candidate may need to prepare for it.
