Applied online and received an email about a week later offering me a chance to participate in a group interview. I accepted and went to the group interview with about 15 other people. They go around and ask you some questions and you have to speak up to get noticed. After the group interview, I got a call from the recruiter saying that I have moved on to the next step of interviewing with the managers at the branch. I went to the branch interview and it lasted about an hour. I recieved a call from the recruiter offering me the job. After some salary negotiations, they sent an official job offer letter.
