The process is very poor. Initial screen with recruiter then several extended interviews with hiring manager and other Bank personnel. Invested many hours and after the 4th interview never heard back. Recruiter completely unresponsive
In total, I met with 5 people during the interview process. Two were over the phone and the remaining ones were in person. Overall, the process was average - roughly 30 minutes with each person and no additional writing exercises requested.

I originally applied for another opening. One of the Recruiters contacted me, but to discuss another opening. I interviewed with 3 people who were all very friendly and did a nice job of helping me understand the job and company culture.

Entrevista
Initial communication regarding interest from Recruiting and follow-up phone interviews (3) was timely and efficient. Phone interview #3 was deemed 'final stage' of process. That was done one month ago with limited to no follow-up from recruiting. To date, have not received an offer or any other feedback from the Company. Not offended with lack of offer. Lack of professionalism from Recruiting / Recruiter regarding follow-up / application close-out is disappointing.
