Super sweet and gave a very in depth description of the job! Made sure I knew how to properly apply and recommend make up. She walked me around the store to show me where everything was and explained how everything worked as well how the employees did their jobs.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
