I submitted a application online and got a call a week in she asked to meet with her at the location i applied for, in the break room/office (which was a complete mess) sat down in a very tiny room with papers all around. and the interview started. with just the main manager of the store and yourself.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
