Applied online. Initially my application was denied for an interview but i know someone that works there and was supposed to be guaranteed an interview. She called the HR dept and i was then contacted for an interview. An in person interview was set up. I was told to arrive 20 minutes early for testing. My interview was at 9am. I arrived at 8:30am. 8:45 came and went, 9:00am came and went, 9:30 came and went and i finally went up to the receptionist and said do we have an update. She rudely replied , "on what?". I said my interview was at 9 and i was told to arrive 20 minutes early and now it is well after 9. A couple minutes later someone came and got me for my interview and said the receptionist never told them i was there. I thought the interview its self went good. He told me he was going to recommend a second interview. Great i thought! Except i got an email on Friday (interview was on Wednesday) that said I wasn't selected to move on. Kind of a bummer but why would i want to work for a company that doesn't value my time like i would with theirs and clearly needs some help in the "everyone being on the same page" aspect.

Formal interview process with in-person writing and numbers assessments administered. Interviews are done on sight and can be a combination of in-person and virtual. Formal dress is expected. HR are thorough and questions are encouraged.

Application, cover letter, submitted online, they always seem to be recruiting but rarely hire. Seems like it may be a revolving door. Have had many phone interviews but there never is any followup

The application process was extremely dated and redundant. you had to complete 4 assessments prior to your first interview (personality questionnaire 72 questions long, writing sample, sales questionnaire about 40+ questions). The following day my interviewer was more than 20 minutes late to the call, when she hopped on the call she was not well versed on my resume. she thought my most recent position was from more than a year ago even though my recent job history is in order from most recent at the top and dates are clearly listed. took 4 or more days to hear back and received a rejection email after 10pm. overall says alot about a company when your interviewer is late and you are getting a late night email from them.
