Very poorly structured interview process and a complete waste of time. My interview was for the rental segment of Uber for a Claims position. Not only did the interviewer completely not show up to the interviews, but tried to lie and say he did. I waited an hour sitting in the call trying to reach anyone I could to do the interview. Nobody showed up, or apologized. I then had to report them to the staffing company that helped them schedule the interview. After the staffing company made some calls, I was still willing to give them another chance. They set up another interview and then proceeded to not know a single answer to any questions I had about the role. I literally had the last person (had 3 plus "interviews" and kept getting "moved to the next round" tell me he didn't even know why he was there as he had nothing to do with the department and they gave him no direction for the interview. This happened several times. I will absolutely never recommend anyone to interview here as it was absolutely and utterly unprofessional and a total waste of my time as a candidate. The department they were hiring for (no suprise) ended up being closed as an absolute failure anyway, so I may have dodged a bullet.
