The interview process was very smooth. After applying to the Community Manager position, I had a call with the HR who also provided me with the creative assignment to complete within a period of 5 days, followed by a face-to-face interview with the local office's operations manager.

Interview was fair and thorough while also being respectful of a candidate's time and only looking for the aspects/qualities necessary to the job. I would interview with the company again.
