Interview process was an odd collection of questions and it became very clear early on that the people that currently worked in the group were thrown into the deep end on day one and never were properly helped. As one of the interviewers said "Yes it has been a very stressful last 3 months" He had been there at the time 4 months. They had been looking to fill the position for over 4 months and it is clear from the questioning and requirements that it will take them quite some time longer to find anybody. Before I walked out I had decided to pass if an offer was ever made.
