Although job applications can be downloaded, they can only be submitted on paper- they have not graduated to an electronic system yet. Because I had the time, I used a program (Adobe Acrobat) to fill in the application fields with text boxes- this allows me to re-use the document for future job applications with only minor modifications. The interview was a panel interview where each member took turns asking one of the several set questions.
