The hiring process as a whole, is very long. I believe it took over a month just to receive an interview. First, I applied online. After passing a personality test, I received an email shortly requesting to schedule a proctoral exam. I did study online, and I passed the test with a 83.9. Which is considered average. Immediately after passing the exam, I was sent an email requesting to do a driving record check. Once I filled out the neccessary information for that, a couple days later I received two emails requesting a background check and scheduling a drug test. I promptly followed what each email told me to do. About a week or so later, I received a call for an interview. The interview was very easy. They go off a list of questions. A week later, I got a call that I received the job. There was 14 applicants and only 3 positions opened. I fortunately got the job. Test score has a lot to do with you getting the job, so make sure you study--trust me, it helps.
