There really isn't an interview process. You visit with a recruiter then you go through a lot of physical mental testing. The only real way to get disqualified from employment opportunities is to fail a physical test.

there is no interview process you go to the recruiter and if your breathing your good to go. if your recruiter does not find anything wrong with your answers or you do not pee hot, you are onto basic training and from there its in the hands of the army

Find a recruiting office and talk to a recruiter. They will ask you questions about your character, health and wellness, level of fitness, and any criminal background. You take the ASVAB (this decides the jobs that you will qualify for based on knowledge in general subject areas). Once your scores are received, you meet with your recruiter to discuss your security clearance level and your scores, and they will pull up the available jobs that you are qualified for based on both the score and clearance level you are eligible to receive. You agree to whichever job you are most interested in and they will discuss with you when you will be able to go for your physical exam, drug screen, and signing of your first contract. There might be a few days to a few months before you are able to leave to start your training based on the start dates for the job training you choose.
